Walk With Me 2026: A Journey of Stories, Heritage & Togetherness

For the fourth year, we invite you to Walk With Me — but this year, we're taking a different kind of journey.

Join us at Fort Canning Green for a special 1.8 km walk where heritage, stories, games and community come together.

With a shorter route this year, there's more time to slow down, pause and discover the stories hidden within one of Singapore's most iconic landmarks.

Every step you take helps HCA Hospice continue walking alongside patients and families through life's most difficult moments, bringing comfort, dignity and support while Creating Good Days along the way.

We are honoured to welcome Mr Ong Ye Kung, Minister for Health and Coordinating Minister for Social Policies, as our Guest of Honour.
