Walk With Me 2026
Walk With Me is a charity walk and fundraising event organised by HCA Hospice to raise awareness of, and normalise conversations around, palliative care through the celebration of life. The event also seeks to raise much-needed funds to sustain HCA's programmes, which provide care and support for terminally ill patients who choose to spend their final days at home, as well as their families, who are closely involved in their care.
