Walk With Me is an inclusive charity walk that celebrates life and lives well-lived. The journey of serious illness is often isolating and consuming, for both the patient and the caregiver. But it should not be. Join us to walk alongside our patients and caregivers, to show them that you care and they are not alone on this journey. Funds raised through this event go towards supporting terminally ill patients at home and their families.
