Payment by credit/debit card and PayNow are accepted. For corporates and group (>20), if you wish to pay by cheque or other modes of payment, please contact us at walkwithme@hcahospicecare.org.sg.
All registered participants will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration to the email address used at time of registration.
Please allow up to 15 minutes to receive your confirmation email. If this time period has lapsed, there are several reasons you did not receive the confirmation email:
  • It could be in your spam/junk folder;
  • Registration was unsuccessful;
  • The email address entered at the time of registration is incorrect.
Please email walkwithme@hcahospicecare.org.sg to let us know, so we can check your registration status. Do provide us with your name and registration time and date.
All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable to any future events. We seek your understanding on this.
Unfortunately, not. All registrations must be completed by:
  • Sunday, 5 November 2023, 11.59pm (Physical walk);
  • Sunday, 31 December 2023, 11.59pm (Virtual walk).
There is no minimum age. Families with young children are encouraged to come walk as a family. However, individuals under the age of 18 must obtain parental or legal guardian consent to register for this event.

The walk operates on the honor system since Walk with Me is non-competitive and inclusive, welcoming individuals with varying physical abilities, including our patients.

There is no requirement to track or upload results, but we strongly encourage participants to share their progress on social media using the hashtag #WalkWithMe. This allows friends and family to show their support by making small donations, creating a ripple effect throughout the community.
Corporate & Group
A minimum of 20 participants through your company or group will be eligible for group registration. Email us at walkwithme@hcahospicecare.org.sg for assistance.

Event Entitlements & Collection
Yes, participants may change your T-Shirt size before 31 October 2023, subject to availability. Please log in to your participant account to make the change.

There is no bag deposit available. Participants are advised to travel light.
All participants are advised to travel light, carrying only essentials such as water and poncho in case of wet weather.
There will be no shuttle bus service provided. Participants are encouraged to head to the venue via public transport. The nearest MRT station is Gardens By The Bay (TE22), a 5 – 8 min walk away.
No refunds will be made if the walk is cancelled due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances. We seek your understanding on this.
Yes. Walk with Me is an inclusive and simple walk. In fact, we strongly encourage you to come and walk as a family.
Yes, but pet owners should practise responsible behaviour and be mindful of others participants.
Fundraise
As much as you wish! Every dollar counts, but for some guidance, one home visit to a terminally ill patient costs about $180.
Upon registration, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to your profile page. Click on it, copy and share the link with your friends via whatsapp, email or social media. Your friends can donate through that link and the amount they contributed will be reflected on your profile page.
Donations received will go into meeting the needs of our patients and their families, and towards building up our capacity and capability.
  • $120 can help pay for one patient attending our day hospice
  • $180 can help pay for one home visit
  • $2,000 funds the entire cost of home care for one patient

All funds raised will be directed to HCA Hospice to support our home and day hospice services and general operations. No refund of donations will be made.
