Payment by credit/debit card and PayNow are accepted. For corporates and group (>20) wishing to pay by cheque or other modes of payment, please contact us at walkwithme@hcahospicecare.org.sg.
A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email upon successful registration.
Please allow up to 15 minutes to receive your confirmation email. If you still do not receive a confirmation email, it could be due to one or more of the following reasons:
  • It could be in your spam/junk folder;
  • Registration was unsuccessful;
  • The email address entered at the time of registration is incorrect.
Please email walkwithme@hcahospicecare.org.sg to let us know, so we can check your registration status. Do provide us with your name, registration time and date.
All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable to any future events. We seek your understanding on this.
The registration deadline for the physical event is on Sunday, 6 October 2024, 11.59pm. If you have missed this registration deadline, you have until Thursday, 31 October 2024, 11.59pm to register for our virtual walk.
There is no minimum age. Families with young children are encouraged to come walk as a family. However, individuals under the age of 18 must obtain parental or legal guardian consent to register for this event.

The walk operates on the honor system since Walk With Me is non-competitive and inclusive, welcoming individuals with varying physical abilities, including our patients.

There is no requirement to track or upload results, but we strongly encourage participants to share their progress on social media using the hashtag #WalkWithMe, #HCA35. This allows friends and family to show their support by making small donations, creating a ripple effect throughout the community.

Event Entitlements & Collection
Yes, participants may change your T-Shirt size before Sunday, 6 October 2024, 11.59pm, subject to availability. Please log in to your participant account to make the change.

There is no bag deposit available. Participants are advised to travel light.
All participants are advised to travel light, carrying only essentials such as a water bottle and poncho in case of wet weather.
There will be no shuttle bus service provided. Participants are encouraged to head to the venue via public transport. The nearest MRT station is Gardens By The Bay (TE22), a 5 – 8 min walk to the event venue.
No refunds will be made if the walk is cancelled due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances. We seek your understanding on this.
Yes. Walk With Me is an inclusive and simple walk. In fact, we strongly encourage you to come and walk as a family.
Yes, but pet owners should practise responsible behaviour and be mindful of other participants.
Fundraising
We encourage all participants to pledge any amount they wish, as much as they can. Every dollar counts, but as a guide, $2,000 funds the entire home care by medical professionals for one patient.
We encourage you to aim for your fundraising target, but we understand that you may encounter challenges. Please do not worry, as we appreciate your intention to support our cause and in spreading the word.
Upon registration, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to your profile page. Click on it, copy and share the link with your friends via WhatsApp, email or social media (#walkwithme, #HCA35). Your friends can read about your inspiration to support our cause and donate through that link. The amount they donate will be reflected on your profile page.
Donations received will go towards meeting the needs of our patients and their families, and towards building up our capacity and capability.
  • $150 funds 1 day hospice experience for 1 patient
  • $180 funds 1 home visit by medical professionals
  • $2,000 funds the entire home care by medical professionals for 1 patient
